Captain Copyright is Dead!

Yep, the ridiculous educational cartoon mascot of a Canadian copyright agency, which launched the character last year, has had an untimely demise. According to the Captain Copyright website:
...we have come to the conclusion that the current climate around copyright issues will not allow a project like this one to be successful. It is difficult for organizations to reach agreement on copyright issues at this time...via Boing Boing
