Suicide Prevention

The sister of a good friend of mine committed suicide this weekend. If you know someone who is in emotional distress, please make sure they know about the Helpline: 1.800.SUICIDE. Also please consider donating to an organization working to prevent suicide and help survivors of it. Two that come highly recommended are SPAN USA and the Kristin Brooks Hope Center.
