Spotted in Boston: Bicycle Tickets

Apparently at MIT if you don't park your bike in an appropriate place (this one was just left laying on a shrub) then you'll get a ticket! I'm not sure how they're enforced, but I'm impressed that they're even around long enough for someone to find them considering that bikes left unchained where I live would be gone in seconds!

Has anyone encountered these anywhere else?
