Tools For Actions

posted by Noah at 9:00 AM

Plant The Piece, a guerrilla gardening art project I created with fellow artist Christopher Humes in which we made guns out of dirt and plant seeds, is included as #54 of the Candadian Centre for Architecture's list of 99 Tools For Actions, which is part of their traveling exhibition "Actions: What Can You Do With The City". Check out all the Actions HERE.

This is cool, though I admit I was disappointed that this isn't a gun that shoots seeds, for those of us seeking better aim for our seed bombs :)

much thanks, noah, they are beautiful. been having a long and tiring conversation about war/terrorism/anger and then saw this. so much better than endless bloody debates, and so quietly making a statement. definitely an inspiration. cheers to your limited rebellion!
